Stephanie Eargle

I truly love working with people and getting to know their stories. I approach every client with unconditional positive regard and genuine curiosity, and I enjoy collaborating to figure out the best way forward so you can reach your goals. I’m passionate about helping people explore boundaries, uncover unconscious patterns, build emotional resiliency, and shift communication habits that may have worked in the past but no longer serve them.

I use a holistic blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all within a systems framework because none of us exists in isolation, and the relationships we nurture can be powerful drivers of healing. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and share neuroscience insights so you can better understand how your brain works and how to work with it. I’m always learning about new therapies and research to better support both my clients and myself.

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I’m genuinely excited to partner with you as you navigate life’s inevitable challenges and work toward a life that feels true to you.
