Jessica DeLehman, LPCC

Authenticity lies at the core of my work, driving my mission to instill hope in those who need it most. I am dedicated to helping individuals uncover their inner strengths in a positive, safe, and non-judgmental environment. Every child is cherished and deserving, and I believe in preserving their innocence while equipping them with tools to navigate their "big feelings." I also have a passion for empowering young adult women as they embark on the next chapter of their lives, whether that involves pursuing post-secondary education, forging new career paths, managing relationships, or making lifelong decisions. Additionally, I specialize in Teen Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) groups.

With over 15 years of experience in educational and therapeutic settings, including the development of school counseling programs, I focus on supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Using evidence-based interventions, I address the factors contributing to personal adversity and emotional dysregulation. My approach is rooted in providing a nurturing and genuine presence, and it is my privilege to accompany clients on their journey toward healing and resilience. I recognize the vital role that partnerships with parents and guardians play in delivering effective services to children.
